The Directorate of Student and Academic Services is seeking to appoint a Curriculum Records Officer. Based within Student and Academic Services (Registry), the Curriculum Records Office provides information, guidance, and specialist oversight for the creation, management and maintenance of the University’s Academic Programme Portfolio and Module Catalogue within the Student Record System.
Working within the team and colleagues across Student and Academic Services, the post holder will be responsible for line managing staff and providing advice and guidance relating to the design of the curriculum framework and its detail to be hosted within the Student Record System
The team and post holder require meticulous attention to detail, good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure in order to effectively support the continuous maintenance and monitoring of the data within the system.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a demanding office environment whilst continuing to maintain high levels of service delivery. This role requires strong administrative skills as well as excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
The post holder will work collaboratively with colleagues across the University, liaising with academic departments and professional services staff, to ensure delivery of an excellent student experience. Previous applicants need not apply.
